Long with the nice sleek screen and the new slimmer version. With the extened hard disk space to 80 gigs from the original 30 gigs this was a big step up with competing with the Ipod.

The Zune was named very quickly the Microsoft Ipod Killer. And to this day i still feel that the Zune is far much better than the Ipod any day. Even though the software is still a little sluggish its far better then Itunes. One new feature that i just recently got into real big was the ability to put games and other apps on your zune. With microsofts new XNA 3.0 this makes any developer to make games for there zunes and make applications like clocks, phone book, and much much more. With the games being open-source ( meaning they are FREE ) Unlike the ipod which you have to pay for crappy games that arent really fun. You can enjoy games made by real zune owners which leaves them more room to make games better and more advanced then any other mp3 player out there. With the wi-fi capabilities you can even use a nice little app. thats called Zune IM where you can IM a person or persons on other zunes in the reach of the wi-fi.

I strongly give the Zune 80 a 4.5 out of 5 for the sleek look and bigger hard drive This is most definitly the Ipod killer we all want!
